Welcome to Thread Fanatics! We take pride in creating high-quality apparel and products for our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

At Thread Fanatics, many of our items are made-to-order and custom produced, which means we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color variations due to monitor/device settings
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund (when applicable)

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted without sufficient documentation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Thread Fanatics is not responsible for packages delayed by shipping carriers.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, order cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
